Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in technical challenges and project tasks.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Jakarta EE.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns related to enterprise software development.
• Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Java frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex environments.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Indore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
