You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to the overall project strategy, and continuously refine your skills to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with data modeling and report generation.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.
