• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Experience with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT operations.
