Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your routine, fostering seamless business operations through customized technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Ability to customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules to meet business needs.
• Familiarity with deployment tools and version control systems within the Salesforce environment.
• Understanding of data management and security best practices in Salesforce.
