As a Custom Software Engineer, your day will involve designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Your role will require collaboration with different teams to ensure the applications are aligned with organizational goals and deliver seamless user experiences. Throughout the day, you will focus on creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable software components that support business operations effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance.
- Document development processes and application configurations to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Drupal.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and content management systems.
- Experience in customizing and extending Drupal modules and themes.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user interfaces.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
