You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the software you develop aligns with the overall project goals and enhances user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Conduct testing and debugging of software applications to ensure quality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to work with databases and data management systems. - Familiarity with agile development processes and tools.
