Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, guiding your team through challenges and facilitating effective communication to achieve project goals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the applications are not only functional but also aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with SAP HANA database and its functionalities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools.
