Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, address any challenges that arise, and facilitate communication among team members to foster a productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with SAP HANA database and its functionalities. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
