• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Experience with payroll processing and employee lifecycle management within SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules and integration points with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices.
• Competence in customizing SAP HCM Payroll solutions to meet specific business requirements.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
