Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience: 13+ years with AI Powered Tech Talent
• Minimum 3 end-to-end BY TMS implementations
• Deep expertise across the BY TMS landscape and transportation transformation programs
• Experience leading large-scale implementations, distributed teams, and client engagements
• Strong capabilities in solution architecture, delivery governance, pre-sales, and practice development
• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance software capabilities.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience across multiple BY TMS modules
• Experience in BY TMS Cloud and On-Prem to Cloud migrations
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes
• Experience with One Network is a strong advantage
• Blue Yonder certifications preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
• Strong expertise in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration of transportation management systems with other enterprise applications.
