The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that the application solutions align with project goals and client requirements. The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and adapts plans to deliver effective and efficient software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing application configurations to enhance performance and usability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
• Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues related to financial management modules.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between various SAP modules.
