• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices for software reliability and performance.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align software engineering goals with organizational objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
• Ability to design and implement scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
• Expertise in scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency.
