Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the integration of custom software components ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex software systems.
