Collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing priorities to meet deadlines are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS AI Services.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Experience in building scalable and maintainable server-side applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
