Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Document design specifications and application configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP for Utilities CRM modules to meet business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work with integration tools and understand data flow between SAP and other systems.

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
