Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions align with project goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the successful delivery of software products, while maintaining clear and consistent communication across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
• Experience with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to design scalable and secure cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management.
• Skilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud environments.
