Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of cost controlling and financial accounting principles within SAP environments.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP CO and other SAP modules or external systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP CO functionalities.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
