• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom applications within SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and integration techniques related to SAP HANA.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in application development.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
