Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align development efforts with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable application architectures.
• Strong knowledge of database management and integration techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Competence in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
