Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and provide clear communication on project progress.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM.
• Strong understanding of data integration and master data management concepts.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable data workflows and processes.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data management.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
