• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
• Strong knowledge of materials management processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP MM modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to materials management and procurement workflows.
• Familiarity with data migration and system upgrade activities within SAP environments.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
