Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and business process modeling.
• Experience in configuring and customizing software applications to meet diverse business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within application environments.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and working with various data sources and APIs.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Appian Process Automation.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
