• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360.
• Experience with data integration and management within Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Data 360.
• This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
