Summary:

In the role of a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer works through different phases of application development, from initial design to final configuration, ensuring that the solutions are robust and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management within SAP environments.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Project System modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Project System implementations.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP Project System and other SAP modules.

• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
