Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of designing and implementing scalable microservices-based systems.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools to support lightweight architectures.
• Ability to apply agile software development principles and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing distributed systems for performance and reliability.
