Educational Qualification : 15 yeas full time education Experience is mandatory in the primary skill of the RRD. Mandatory certification in the primary skill is required.

Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to align application features with business needs, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend, Workday Core Integrations.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within custom applications.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
