Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to enhance performance and usability are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks and responsibilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing and customizing user interfaces using component-based frameworks.
• Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript programming.
• Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
