- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and validation.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software designs and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Experience with integration techniques and middleware platforms related to SAP Successfactors.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data exchange standards and protocols used in enterprise applications.
- Capability to optimize and enhance existing integration solutions for better performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
