The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures seamless integration of components, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with application configuration and deployment processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
