Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Kafka.
- Experience with distributed messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
- Strong knowledge of real-time data streaming and processing.
- Familiarity with integration of Apache Kafka with various data sources and sinks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Kafka clusters for performance and reliability.
- Understanding of system scalability and fault tolerance in messaging platforms.
