• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to Oracle Applications.

• Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
