- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP MDG functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP MDG environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Competence in using agile development practices to deliver high-quality software solutions.
