Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications within existing systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Appdynamics APM, Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident response methodologies.
• Experience in automating deployment and configuration management processes.
• Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration technologies.
