- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements.
- Document technical specifications and design decisions to support development and maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture and integration patterns within Salesforce environments.
- Experience with designing scalable and secure solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with development lifecycle processes including version control, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles relevant to Salesforce implementations.
