- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

- Strong understanding of data integration and management principles.
- Experience with application design and configuration to meet business needs.
