• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Continuously improve software quality by identifying issues and implementing effective fixes.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.
• Strong understanding of financial modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in customizing and extending Oracle EBS Financials to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to financial software components.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
