- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of application design and configuration processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to custom software solutions.
- Experience in integrating applications with various business systems and data sources.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
