- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Experience in designing and configuring customer journey workflows and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of application integration and data management within marketing platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Familiarity with user experience principles to enhance application usability.
