As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The engineer acts as the main liaison for application-related activities, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conception to deployment while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Financial Integration, Workday Extend.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Financial Integration, Workday Extend.
• Strong understanding of integration design patterns and best practices within Workday environments.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Workday integration components and tools.
• Ability to develop and maintain complex integration solutions ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio and related integration technologies to support custom development efforts.
