Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
  • Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Workfront Work Management Software.
  • Experience in application design and configuration to support complex business workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience in customizing software solutions to meet unique organizational requirements.

Additional Information:
