You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining the applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role is pivotal in transforming business challenges into effective software solutions through thoughtful design and precise implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough testing and validation.
• Document application designs and configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
• Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable data workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance improvements.
• Familiarity with data quality and governance principles.
• Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing concepts.
