Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in developing and deploying marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation strategies.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and query languages used in marketing cloud environments.
- Knowledge of data management and analytics to optimize marketing performance.
