Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain smooth operational workflows.
• Document application designs, configurations, and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Anywhere.
• Experience in developing and deploying automation workflows using Automation Anywhere platform.
• Familiarity with scripting and programming concepts to enhance automation capabilities.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into automated solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges in automation projects.
• Knowledge of integration techniques to connect automation solutions with other enterprise systems.
