Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements by continuously enhancing system functionalities and contributing to the overall performance and reliability of the software products.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system stability and performance.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll, Workday US Payroll, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Studio.
• Strong knowledge of integration techniques and middleware tools related to Workday environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within cloud-based payroll and integration systems.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
