As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, while mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in software development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Security.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development methodologies.
- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and API development.
