Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with application development methodologies and best practices.
