Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, testing the developed solutions for quality and performance, and making necessary adjustments to optimize functionality. Continuous evaluation and refinement of applications to support evolving business demands are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
  • Assist in documenting application designs and configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and testing activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Experience in designing and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
  • Capability to work with data sources and connectors within the Microsoft Power Platform environment.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
