Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.
- Ability to create user personas and journey maps to enhance user experience.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies to effectively communicate with development teams.
Additional Information:
