Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
• Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.
• Document design decisions and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Experience with Workday configuration and integration processes.
• Strong understanding of human capital management systems and their application in enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
