• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and standards.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with database design and integration using SQL Server or similar relational databases.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
